Week 1 Day 1: Monday - All Green

Week 1, Day 1. It's Monday. The theme for this week is 'all green'. Thanks to Christina P for the suggestion!

It's a long weekend. Canberra Day. The plan was to spend all day in bed. I did manage to get out for a bit, but only a bit. Today's wardrobe reflects that. The most effort went into nail painting.  
OPI Nail colour: Jade is the new black
This is a great colour I picked up when I was in Hawaii. The OPI polishes are a fraction of the price they are in Australia.

Then I went back to bed!


Mmmm. Bed!

OK. So it's time to get up. I donned a witchery khaki skirt and green marle broderie-anglais-trim singlet. Comfort to the max.  The skirt is a fave. It will probably make another appearance later in the week.

    I love it!! Laughed so hard at the lazy-back-to-bed pics, too. Very jolly. BTW is that nail polish a kind of taupe (blue/green)? Thanks. Chris

    The nail polish colour is 'Jade is the new black'. It's really quite green. There is a blue tinge, but not as blue as another one I have: 'Ski teal we drop'. I mean - who comes up with marketing names for cosmetics???
    Colours can represent badly online. Reproduction of correct colour can be affected by: the camera (lighting, colour balance); as well as the compression (jpgs can do nasty stuff to raw image files); and how the viewer's monitor is calibrated.
